　　我司作为上述货物的发货人，将上述集装箱内的货物分别装箱并加铅封后交付给贵司，贵司对箱内货物的情况不知情。因此，在集装箱外表状况良好、铅封完整的情况下，我司保证不会就箱内货物的品名、种类、数量、状况等方面追究贵司的法律责任。  

    As shipper of above cargo， we stuff the cargo into container and seal the containers。 Therefore You know nothing about the inside cargo。 So we guarantee that 
we would not claim you for the cargo name， species， number of packages， 
status on the basis that the container is in sound condition and the seal is in good order。

　　我司同时保证承担贵司因上述安排所遭受的一切风险、责任和损失。

　　We guarantee to hold you harmless due to your above arrangement。

　　本担保函将根据中国有关法律进行解释，任何本担保函项下的纠纷提交有管辖权的中国境内海事法院审理。

　　This guarantee shall be construed in accordance with Chinese Law and all 
disputesunder this indemnity shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Maritime
 court of China。
